Life With a Staffie

"After you own you very first staffie, there really is no other breed like it

They are very low maintaince and easy to look after, they have a very high pain tolerance so they are ideal pets to have around children, that can often be too boisterous around animals ( although this should be discouraged )
There are so many things that i could say about a staffie but i only have so much time, so i will cut it short and say they are without doubt "THE BEST"

"The staffys reputation is second to none with children, I think that's why they are such a popular breed.

Me and my partner are owners of 3 staff's , we also breed. I think the Staffordshire bull terriers is a fabulous dog to own, especially for people who like to walk, play and spend plenty of time with their dog, as Kaz said minimal grooming is needed and they are quick learners. They are a nice size (not too large or not too small) they are affectionate and loyal. I could go on forever with their good points.

We also have an American Bulldog, which the staffs get on great with, they are one big happy family"

"When you have a staffie as a pet, your never be without a friend. They are such a loyal, loving dog and crave for human attention. Everything is full on with a staffie, their love and their play-time, you often laugh when you have a staffie, as they can be so crazy.

They are great with children of all ages, which is important to us.

"I agree, once you own a staff there is no other breed. They re the most loyal loving dogs with such character. Not just a dog or a pet but a true family memeber. They are versatile, smart and full of fun...i could go on and on their qualities are endless

"I think this is the best breed and only breed that has its only trait. that you can play with this dog like you play with your friends at school when you were a kid. i havent seen this in any other breeds. but staffs have general crazy nature and most playfull ive ever seen out of any dog. the other day i was wrestling with my staff and it went on for ages they get really excited. they seem human like in theyre nature."

"I wouldn't own any other breed after getting Ty, he's so lovable and friendly!! And soooo funny too lol. He has me laughing most of the time, he does something stupid everyday and is always up for a play or cuddle. He's boistrous and full of energy, but very gentle with my son"

"When I was younger I owned all sorts of other breeds of dogs, then I got my first staffie as a present. Since then there is no other dog in the world for me. It is no wonder they are called the nannie dog. Mine are absolutely fabulous with my grandchildren. So gentle and protective. My health is not good and when I am poorly my big girl comes and lays by my side and will not move for anyone. My dogs are what keep me going they are the light of my life."

"they are clever dogs i have had a few breeds and staffs are defiently very inteligent and thier character is amazing every staff has thier own personality and thats why people love them so much.

Having a staff around the house is like having a child. They crave for attention, they always want you to stroke them play with them and scratch thier belly, they love to meet and greet new people, and they whine like no other breed out there!!"
